29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) West side of structure: On November 29, 2012 and at times prior thereto employees performed sheathing activities without a fall protection system in place. Victor Barrios dba Victor Framing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 96865, citation 1, item 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 11501 Hiawatha Drive, Boise, ID 83709. Note) Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item.
