29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 1695 Alex Ave Auburn, Alabama: On or about November 28, 2012 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he did not ensure an employee walking on the top portion of a framed wall had fall protection exposing his employee to a fall of 10.6 feet to the ground below.
