29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph.    (a) Sound Booth, Back of Auditorium -  Romex temporary power cords were spliced with wire nuts and wrapped with electrical tape at two temporary power pedestal stands.  Employees and other contractors plugged tools and devices into the temporary power pedestal stands and were exposed to electric shock hazards on or about November 21, 2012.    (b) Basement hallway east end -  Romex temporary power cords were spliced with wire nuts and wrapped with electrical tape at a temporary power pedestal stand.  Employees and other contractors plugged tools and devices into the temporary power pedestal stand and were exposed to electric shock hazards on or about November 21, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
