29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Auditorium stage south west side - The employer did not ensure that the "Romex" NM cable assembly was secured with a standard connector when it entered the temporary power four gang receptacle box. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards on or about February 14, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
