29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about October 29, 2012, at 481 Northolt Parkway, Building 400, Suwanee, Georgia: An employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6-feet when the employee was nailing the top plate from the top step of an unopened fiberglass A-frame ladder that was leaned against the framework. The step ladder was not used in an open, self-supporting position as designed.
