29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):     Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    DaVita, Inc., Gainesville, GA - The CCHT/Reuse Tech working in the reuse room was required to manually pour Renalin into plastic containers for the treatment of the dialyzers. Renalin was classified as corrosive. Proper eye protection was not required, on or about 12/5/12.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
