29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 12/5/12 - 19 Richard Arrington Boulevard North, Birmingham, AL, employees performing roofing activities were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet. Luis Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315761346, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 800 Lake Vista Circle, Vestavia Hills, AL.
