29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net or safety monitor. At the jobsite located at 1702 W. Central, El Dorado KS: Employees engaged in gutter and fascia installation activities from a flat roof, less than 50 feet wide, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below in that a method of fall protection had not been implemented.
