29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold(s) trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize those hazards associated with the type of scaffold(s) being used and to understand the proper protection to use: a) On or about December 6, 2012 on a residential construction site in Beau Chene Estates: The employer failed to ensure each employee who performed facer work from a scaffold was trained on the hazards of scaffold work and the procedures to use to prevent exposure to those hazards (such as falls of over 10 feet).
