29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide information to the employees on operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals were present: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about December 5, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees performing trenching operations for the installment of sewer lines were not provided with training on the hazards of respirable silica. The excavating process produced dusty conditions from rock and sand which contain silica.
