29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: (a) On or about 12/06/12, an employee was observed using the rails of the JLG Model 660SJ Aerial Lift to gain access to a ledge of the St Petersburg Fire Rescue Master Building. The employee that was wearing a full body harness lacked a connecting device was exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet above the ground.
