29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:  a. In the drive way, the portable extension ladder used to used to climb on the roof was not secured from displacement, exposing employees to a 10 foot fall hazard, on or about 9/11/15.

American Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 772045, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 19 Feb 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 455 8th ST S. Saint Petersburg, FL 33707.  American Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316073857, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9 Nov 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2450 Drew St, Clearwater, FL 33765.
