29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: (a) Location - Freezer Door / Loading Dock Area On or about 12/6/12, a forklift operator, driving a stand up rider lift truck, did not keep a clear view of the path of travel as he exited the freezer to the dock area.
