29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems. On or about 12/05/12 at Warner Robins, GA: Employees were exposed to fall hazards, while performing decking work on the roof of a structure at a height of 12 feet above the ground without fall protection. The employer failed to ensure that all employees working at heights above 6 feet were protected from falls.
