29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 12-07-2012 on the roof top of building 207 (5/12 slope) where shingles were being installed, no fall protection was used by employees exposed to a 18 ft. fall hazard.
