29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A) In the power house at the Chehalis substation, a permanent 20 amp double outlet was permanently wired to the wall, and was connected to the the building electrical system by a three prong electrical cord, that was plugged into a standard 15 amp outlet in the wall.

The employer was not sure what chemical was in the bottle.
