29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Employees performing roofing operations on a 4/12 pitch roof were not using any type of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet eave to ground.    Jose Barrientos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in inspection #316033802, Citation #01, Item #001 issued on 11/03/2011, with a final order date 11/24/2011 with respect to a jobsite located at 3005 North 124th Street West, Wichita, Kansas.  Jose Barrientos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in inspection #3315088963, Citation #01, Item #002 issued on 10/17/2011, with a final order date 11/07/2011 with respect to a jobsite located at 1537 Summerwood Court, Goddard, Kansas.  Jose Barrientos was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in inspection #311788897, Citation #01, Item #002 issued on 6/19/2008, with a final order date 07/15/2008 with respect to a jobsite located at 3814 Lake Crest Court, Wichita, Kansas.
