29 CFR 1926.55(a):     Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists:        a) Job site at 70 Cianci St., Paterson, NJ: An employee was exposed to silica dust while cutting mortar using Dewalt D28110, 4  inch angle grinder.  The employee exposure exceeded the allowable 8-hour Time Weighted Average by approximately 45 percent as determined by the computational formula specified in 1910.1000 Table Z-3 of 1.451 which is greater than the allowable exposure of 1.000, on or about 12/13/12.
