Results were calculated for a 462 minute sampling period.  The employer failed to develop and implement a monitoring program.    b)  Sanitation laborer:  On or about December 19, 2012 the employer exposed the employee to noise at levels of 112.3 % (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 90.83 dBA) which is 2.246 times the Action Level of 50 % (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85 dBA) while working in the sanitation process at the facility.  Results were calculated for a 436 minute sampling period.  The employer failed to develop and implement a monitoring program.    c)  Sanitation laborer:  On or about December 19, 2012 the employer exposed the employee to noise at levels of 138.5 % (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 92.34 dBA) which is 2.770 times the Action Level of 50 % (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85 dBA) while working in the sanitation process at the facility.  Results were calculated for a 437 minute sampling period.  The employer failed to develop and implement a monitoring program.    d)  Sanitation laborer:  On or about December 19, 2012 the employer exposed the employee to noise at levels of 114.9 % (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 91.00 dBA) which is 2.298 times the Action Level of 50 % (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85 dBA) while working in the sanitation process at the facility.  Results were calculated for a 439 minute sampling period. The employer failed to develop and implement a monitoring program.    e)  Sanitation laborer:  On or about December 19, 2012 the employer exposed the employee to noise at levels of 94.4 % (equivalent to an 8 hour time weighted average TWA of 89.58 dBA) which is 1.888 times the Action Level of 50 % (equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 85 dBA) while working in the sanitation process at the facility.
