29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) A&A Construction, Inc. @ 1516 Chokeberry, Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before December 18th, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employees engaged in sheathing operations over 6 feet on a new single family residence under construction were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall of approximately 12 feet. A&A Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313416869, Citation Number 1, Item 1, issued on March 4th, 2010, and became Final Order on March 29th, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 16501 Trinity Loop, Broomfield, CO 80023.
