29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about November 28, 2012, and at times prior there to, employees were observed on the north side of the roof of a residential dwelling without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below. JOSE LUIS GUERRERO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314934563, CITATION 1, ITEM 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 7, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 801 NORTH PETERS, NORMAN, OK 73069.
