29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about May 17, 2019, and at times prior thereto; at a commercial construction site, the employer did not ensure two siding employees using a Genie S-45 Aerial lift used a safety harness and lanyard. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet or more to the ground below.
