29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a handrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Craft Corp @ 3334 Tejon Street, Denver, CO. On or before December 12, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that the interior stairways used by employees to gain access to the upper levels and the roof top of the building under construction, was equipped with a standard handrail system, to provide employees strong handhold. This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of falling when ascending and descending the stairways.
