29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a)Craft Corp, 3034 Zuni Street, Denver, CO: On or about January 9th, 2014, the employer did not ensure appropriate fall protection was used by all employees while manually hoisting decking material to the third level balcony. The condition exposed an employee to an estimated fall hazard of 25 feet.
