29 CFR 1915.508(e)(2)(i):     Each fire watch employee was not trained in basic fire behavior, different classes of fire, extinguishing agents, the stages of fire, and methods of extinguishing fires.      On or about December 20, 2012,  a fire occurred in the forepeak exposing employees working on the upper deck of the Ex-Pioneer Commander cargo ship. Employees conducting fire watch duties were exposed to 2nd degree burns during a shipbreaking operation.  Employees were not all provided formal fire training.
