29 CFR 1910.133(b): Employer did not provide eye protection that complies with one of the following: - ANSI Z87.1-2003 American National Standard Practice; - ANSI Z87.1-1989 American National Standard Practice; - Eyewear that is just as protective as the devices constructed in accordance with the above standards: a) Employees were exposed to laser beams from the Class IV lasers at the facility. Employees were not provided with safety glasses rated for the Class IV CO2 lasers used to cut metal. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
