29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not use work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of prompt clean-up and disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos, in leak-tight containers: (a) Demolition debris from gutted ceilings and walls of an office space in the SW corner of the building included cementious asbestos containing ceiling tiles. This demolition debris was removed by skid steer and dumped in an uncontained pile outside in the NW corner of the building.
