29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:  a) The employer did not develop and implement hazard communication program that outlines the criteria for the maintenance of material safety data sheets, container labeling and employee training were to be met for the specific hazards associated with the workplace.  The employees were exposed to chemicals contained in cleaning products such as, but not limited to hydrogen peroxide, dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether, and quaternary ammonium chloride.

The cleaning products contained hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to hydrogen peroxide, dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether, and quaternary ammonium chloride.
