29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On December 31, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on a low slope roof approximately 14.7 feet above the ground were exposed to falls as they worked around an unguarded skylight. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
