Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with falls of more than twenty five (25) feet to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain shall be rigged and supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) is no less than 34 inches (.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point is no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking/working surface; a. On or about May 7, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, the CAUTION tape warning lines erected on the north, south, west and east sides of the roof were not attached to the stanchions and did not meet the minimum tensile strength of 500 pounds, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls of more than twenty five (25) feet to the ground.
