A blast freeze area was indicated on the blow flow diagram that was no longer in operation. Employees were exposed to materials such as, but not limited to, ammonia while performing refrigeration repairs and maintenance.

Employees were exposed to materials such as, but not limited to, ammonia while performing refrigeration maintenance on the ammonia system. In accordance with ANSI/IIAR Standard 2-2008, Section 13.3.1.4 and IIAR Bulletin 109, Section 4.10.10, 1997 edition; OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151(c).
