29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Nordic Logistics and Warehousing, LLC, Doraville, GA - At the E-Dock, employees were exposed to slipping hazards from the wet floor on the walkway to the restrooms and break room due to water condensation on the plastic strips, on or about 9/30/14. b) Nordic Logistics and Warehousing, LLC, Doraville, GA - At the Rail-Dock, employees were exposed to slipping hazards from the wet floor on the exit way from the break room area to the Rail-Dock due to ice on the overhead pipes insulation, on or about 9/30/14.
