On or about January 7, 2013, the Bantam wheel mounted crane's load block was altered, the crane was not inspected after the alteration. Or in the alternative: OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by suspended loads: a. On or about January 7, 2013, the Bantam wheel mounted crane's load block was altered, the crane was not inspected after the alteration. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard is to have the crane tested in accordance ANSI B30.5-2011 Section 5-2.1: Inspection, 5-2.1.1 (a) Initial inspection
