29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 5 N. Cannon Drive, Wilmington, DE The employees were engaged in roofing operations, approximately 20 feet above the ground, without the use of any PFAS, exposing the employees to a fall hazard. Roof pitch was 6:12.This violation was observed on or about January 9, 2013.
