29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):     Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed.    Warehouse Area:  On or about 23 October 2012 and times prior thereto,     (a) 120 volt, electrical panel DD had an open blank on the circuit breaker panel.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.      (b) 240 volt, electrical panel MDP-1 had an open area on the circuit breaker panel.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.      The Defense Commissary was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 711498, Citation 02, Item Number 02, issued 1 November 2012, in respect to a workplace located at Fort Greely, Alaska.
