29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):       a) 18712 Milton Keynes, Land O Lakes, FL - lanai roof - an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 2 inches while installing lath, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced when working from a roof with a 4/12 pitch, on or about 1/10/13.      Garcia's Construction Services Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 740201, citation 01, item 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/08/13, with respect to a workplace located at 18728 Milton Keynes, Land O Lakes, FL 34637.
