29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. Storage Area, Room 153: On or about 10 January 2013 and times prior thereto, they employer did not ensure that storage areas were clean and orderly storage area had numerous items loosely stored on the floor; impeding the walking and working surface. This condition exposed employees to a tripping hazard.
