On or about January 14, 2013: Employees working in the Panel Plant production area are exposed to fire and smoke hazards due to flammable chemicals such as, but not limited to Gel-Coat being improperly stored in the production area. There were more than 800 gallons of flammable liquid in the area. The employer did not ensure that flammable liquids were stored in a flammable storage room or building.
