29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:    a) 4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  - An air hose that supplied power to an air gun created a tripping hazard for employees working in the pan drum area, on or about 01/12/17.      b) 4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  - A buildup of excessive plaster created a tripping hazard for employees working in the poured mold area, on or about 01/12/17.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(3): 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(3):  The floor surface of a spray booth and operator's working area, if combustible, were not covered with non-combustible material of such character as to facilitate the safe cleaning and removal of residues:      4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA - Floors of Spray booths #1-#5 used for gel coat and resin spraying were not lined with non-combustible material, instead was lined with combustible cardboard, on or about 01/12/17. 29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring and equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area as herein defined were not explosion-proof type approved for     Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part, for Class I, Division 1, Hazardous Locations:     4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  - Employees are exposed to a fire hazard. Booths #1- #5 mixing areas, employees are required to mix flammable and combustible products (resin/gel coat) to spray paint cultured marble parts.  Electrical equipment such as, but is not limited to lights, extension cords, a fan, and electrical outlets are located in the mixing areas. The electrical equipment was not approved for the location, on or about 01/12/17.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not at a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift:    a) 4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  -  Pan Drum Area- Employees were exposed to a fire hazard.  There were eight 55 gallon drums of resin (flammable and/or combustible liquids) that was outside of an inside storage cabinet, on or about 01/12/17.    b) 4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  -  Mold Shop Area- Employees were exposed to a fire hazard.  There were three 55 gallon drums of  resin (flammable and/or combustible liquids) that was outside of an inside storage cabinet, on or about 01/12/17.    c) 4321 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA  - Throughout the production area, employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to flammable/combustible liquids stored were observed outside of an inside storage cabinet, on or about 01/12/17.
