29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):     On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.    Warehouse: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, the interior storage shelves did not have maximum safe load limits conspicuously placed in each space which they relate. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.

Installation Medical Supply activity warehouse: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, the emergemcy exit door, located at the old side of the warehouse, measured 22 inches wide. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building; smoke inhalation, fire, and tripping hazards.

Refrigerator units were stored in emergency exit path. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building, smoke inhalation, fire, and tripping hazards.

Warehouse Northeast corner: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, emergency exit signs were not clearly visible. Exit sign positioning was not clearly visible due to relocation of storage shelves. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building. Smoke inhalation and fire hazards.

This condition exposes employees to a caught between or under hazard.
