29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3): Ground-fault circuit interrupter protection for personnel. Center Bay area: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, an electrical outlet located beside the sink and a washing machine was not protected by a Ground-fault circuit interrupter. This condition exposed employees to a 120 volt electrical shock and burn hazard.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposed an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service. Bay 5: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, an electrical door cord was chaffed through its insulation; exposing electrical wires. This condition exposed employees to a 120 electrical shock and burn hazard.
