29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Kamish Clinic, Southwest door: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, the employee entry and emergency exit path had snow shovels stored in the emergency exit path. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building and smoke inhalation, fire, and tripping hazards.
