This condition exposed employees to a 120 volt electrical shock hazard. b) Store Electrical Room: On or about 10 January 2013 and times prior thereto, a 120 volt electrical outlet face was broken. This condition exposed employees to a 120 volt electrical shock hazard. c) Meat Cutting Room: On or about 10 January 2013 and times prior thereto, a 120 volt electrical outlet cover was missing. This condition exposed employees to a 120 volt electrical shock hazard.
