29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Auto Care Center Battery Room: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, the eye wash station in the battery room was obstructed. This condition exposed employees to delays in receiving first.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: AAFES Car Care Center: On or about 9 January 2013 and times prior thereto, Material Safety data Sheets were not available to employees on Propane torch canisters, Deicer and Brake Clean products used daily in the facilities. This condition exposed employees to inhalation and skin contact hazards.
