29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained, so far as practicable, in a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places shall be provided, where practicable, or appropriate waterproof footgear shall be provided. In the following instances, the floor of the workroom was not maintained as dry as practicable: a) The Furnace and Electrical Room - The workroom was not maintained as dry as practicable because there was water on the floor due to a leak in the roof. b) The Furnace and Electrical Room - The workroom was not maintained as dry as practicable because the furnace junction on the water pipe was leaking water.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: Service Garage - The employer did not have MSDS information for chemicals of Bug Remover & Interior Cleaner #968, Fresh N Up #665 and Irving Vision Plus Winter Windshield Wash.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc. Bay #1 - Garage doors A and B had defective emergency stopping devices.
