29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(v): Employee(s) were on the load or hook while hoisting, lowering or traveling was performed: "Oregon-dredge", located at Beth 313- A portal crane and personnel platform were used during the work on the "Oregon-dredge" to position and hold a worker who was drilling holes in the scuffer rails of the dredge. The employee was not wearing fall protection when he was raised approx. 10 feet over the dock. In the alternative, "the employer could comply with 29 CFR 1926.1431, Hoisting Personnel paragraphs (a) - (m).
