29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact. M/V "Yaquina-dredge"- On or about January 9th 2013, employees were observed using the stair staging to access the vessel. A 120 VAC yellow light set (in the vicinity) had exposed live parts from three empty lamp sockets, located approximately 4 - 6 feet above the ground, exposing employees to an electrical shock, and/or fall hazard.
