29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):   One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.  a) Ocean Clipper CNC Angle Line (Angle Clipper), Bay 3, McGregor Industries, Inc., 46 Line Street, Dunmore, PA: An angle clipper was operated without the use of guards to prevent employee access to pinch points where metal to be cut enters the machine. Employees removing scrap metal bypass the installed light curtain into one of two "blind spots" and were exposed to caught in and caught between hazards caused by pinch points that are within arms length, on or about January 17, 2013.
