29 CFR 1926.25(a):During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about 01/16/2013, at the above addressed jobsite, workers were conducting work at a construction site with large piles of debris around the building. THIS VIOLATION REQUIRES AN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION.
