29 CFR 1910.217(d)(1)(ii): Hand tool(s) were not used for freeing and removing stuck work or scrap pieces from the die(s) of mechanical power press(es) so that no employee needed to reach into the point of operation for such purposes: (a) BLOW Mechanical Punch Press #52: An employee performing set up on the press inserted their hand and fingers into the point of operation to adjust steel coil that had become hung up on the press die. This exposed the employee to a pinch hazard.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.
